Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement. No sales tax is applied to any order.

Shipping Methods

• Standard accessories and small items ship via ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
• Large items including float tanks, float pods, and oversized equipment ship via freight carrier with liftgate delivery
• Freight deliveries include curbside drop-off; inside delivery may be available for an additional fee

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of order placement. Processing time may be longer during holidays or for items requiring special handling. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Delivery Time

• Standard items: 5-10 business days from order placement
• Large freight items (float tanks, pods): 7-14 business days from order placement
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and remote locations may affect delivery

Order Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses for large freight items. Some items may have additional shipping restrictions based on size or weight.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages). Email info@sensoryisolationtank.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
