Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products that have been installed, filled with water, or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

• Epsom salts, magnesium flakes, and other consumable water chemistry products once opened
• Digital products including courses, guides, templates, and downloadable content
• Custom or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email info@sensoryisolationtank.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization. Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

• For defective or incorrectly shipped items: we cover all return shipping costs
• For customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Large freight items (float tanks, pods) may incur significant return shipping costs due to size and weight. Contact us for a return shipping estimate before initiating a return on large items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, email info@sensoryisolationtank.com within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if requested before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return. To cancel an order, email info@sensoryisolationtank.com as soon as possible with your order number.
